Complete the following forms and submit them via email or in person at our office. Make the process smooth and hassle-free!
Submission Methods:
- 📧 Email: Sign, scan, and send your completed forms to loans@textelcu.com.
- 📍 In Person: Drop them off at our office located at #85 Henry Street, Port of Spain.

- 🔐 Credit Bureau Authorization Form
Additional Documents Needed:
- 🆔 Two forms of valid photo ID
- 📄 Invoice, receipt, or estimate (with company stamp) showing fund allocation
- 💰 Most recent payslip/pension slip/letter
- ⚡ Most recent utility bill (less than 3 months old)
