Meet Marlon Pierre
"I have been with the credit union movement for more than twenty-five (25) years. I started off as a liaison officer. I have served in different positions in the credit union movement over the years. I served on the Supervisory Committee and also as the Assistant Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Textel Credit Union. I also served as Vice President and President of the Board of Textel Credit Union. At present, I am a Director on the League Board. I served as Assistant Secretary, Secretary, and Vice President of the League Board. At present, I am the President of the North West Regional Chapter (NURC) Board. I have a BSc. in Computing from the University of Greenwich (UK). I will continue to put my best foot forward to improve my credit union's goals and objectives."
Meet Allison Sylvester
"I have worked in both Secretarial and Accounting environments for 27 years. During my professional journey, I have had the privilege of being a loyal member of Textel Credit Union for more than 25 years. I have been an active participant on the Education Committee for over 24 years, and I have served on the Board of Directors as an alternate. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our Credit Union and its members."
Meet Ingrid Richardson
"It is my desire to serve on the Board of Directors. I believe that my presence will add to the organizational goal. I have over twenty years of experience in the finance area, having worked at TSTT in Finance in the position of Senior Accounting Officer. My educational background includes primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. At present, I am the treasurer of Arima Wheelers Cycling Club and Education Officer at Upper Malabar Community Council. I have served on the Cultural Committee of TEXTEL for a number of years and have been the chairman of the committee for the last two years."

"Served on Supervisory, Credit Committee on several occasions over the past 10 years. Chair of Supervisory Committee in 2020. Alternate on the BOD in 2022. Alternate on Credit Committee in 2021. Member of Education Committee over the last 10 years. MBA in Business Administration (Finance). My wish is to become an all-round member of the credit union movement through education and being afforded the opportunity to serve you, the membership."

Meet Annette Waldron-Joseph
"As a long-standing credit union member for over 30 years with accounting and financial experience, I believe my contribution to this organization would be significant. My expertise in financial matters and management gained through extensive experience at TSTT/TEXTEL and UWI-SPEC can provide valuable insights and guidance to the credit union's operations. Additionally, given my long-standing membership with the credit union, it demonstrates commitment to TCU’s values and mission, making me well-positioned to advocate for the best interests of all members. My educational journey led me to attain tertiary level standing with a BSc. in Accounting Specialization from UWI St. Augustine and Postgraduate at Arthur Lok Jack School of Business. I have served as a board member of TTWHA and TTHB, also as team manager for the U19’s Women Hockey Team and Senior Women's Hockey Team for 10 years. Treasurer of Checkers Ladies Hockey Club for over twenty years and Treasurer of Harvard Checkers for ten years. I have also served as the Contingent Manager for the UWI St. Augustine Team for nine years, Assistant Manager of the UWI Presidents’ XI Cricket Team, and Operations Manager of Lions’ Cultural Centre. Additionally, I am a member of the Group George Yeates Memorial Foundation, working with at-risk youths and needy families in the Laventille and Beetham areas."
