Step-by-Step Written Guide
Here’s how the voting process works at the meeting, step by step.
Register on Arrival
Sign in at the registration desk when you arrive. You will receive a numbered voting card for the meeting.
Listen to the Motion or Position
The Chair will read each motion or candidate name aloud and call for a vote. Take a moment to consider before casting.
Cast Your Vote
Raise your voting card when prompted (For / Against / Abstain). Each member has one vote.
Confirmation
The Chair will announce the result and confirm whether the motion is carried.
