Do I have to attend in person to vote?
No. The AGM is being run in hybrid format. Members may attend either at our Henry Street office or virtually via the secure link emailed before the meeting. Voting is open to both groups equally.
How do I confirm I’m a member in good financial standing?
Members in good financial standing are those whose share account is up to date and who have transacted with the credit union within the past twelve months. If you’re uncertain, contact membership@textelcu.com and we’ll confirm your status.
What if I miss the nomination deadline?
Nominations close strictly at the published deadline of Monday, June 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Late submissions cannot be considered, but you’ll have the opportunity again at next year’s AGM.
Will the AGM be recorded?
Yes. A recording of the meeting will be made available to members afterward via this portal. Confidential portions (such as private member matters, if any) will not be included in the public recording.
I can’t open the virtual meeting link. What do I do?
Call our support line on the day of the meeting (624-1244) or email membership@textelcu.com. We’ll help you re-register or send a fresh link.
