Do I have to attend in person to vote?
The AGM is an in-person meeting. Voting takes place at Hyatt Regency Trinidad on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m.. Details will also be circulated to all registered members ahead of the meeting.
How do I confirm I’m a member in good financial standing?
Members in good financial standing are those whose share account is up to date and who have transacted with the credit union within the past twelve months. If you’re uncertain, contact membership@textelcu.com and we’ll confirm your status.
What if I miss the nomination deadline?
Nominations close strictly at the published deadline of Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Late submissions cannot be considered, but you’ll have the opportunity again at next year’s AGM.
Will the AGM be recorded?
No, the AGM will not be recorded.
