Do I have to attend in person to vote?
No. The 52nd AGM is being held in a hybrid format, so you may attend in person at Hyatt Regency Trinidad on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9:00 a.m., or take part online. Either way you must register beforehand — members attending in person must register too. Only registered members are emailed the link and instructions for accessing the meeting.
How do I confirm I’m a member in good financial standing?
Members in good financial standing are those whose share account is up to date and who have transacted with the credit union within the past twelve months. If you’re uncertain, contact membership@textelcu.com and we’ll confirm your status.
What if I miss the nomination deadline?
Nominations close strictly at the published deadline of Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Late submissions cannot be considered, but you’ll have the opportunity again at next year’s AGM.
Will the AGM be recorded?
No, the AGM will not be recorded.
