Do I have to attend in person to vote?
Members may attend at a venue to be decided. The confirmed venue will be circulated to all registered members ahead of the meeting.
How do I confirm I’m a member in good financial standing?
Members in good financial standing are those whose share account is up to date and who have transacted with the credit union within the past twelve months. If you’re uncertain, contact membership@textelcu.com and we’ll confirm your status.
What if I miss the nomination deadline?
Nominations close strictly at the published deadline of Friday, July 3, 2026. Late submissions cannot be considered, but you’ll have the opportunity again at next year’s AGM.
Will the AGM be recorded?
No, the AGM will not be recorded.
