Step-by-Step Written Guide

Whether you’re joining us in the room or from home, the voting process is the same.

  1. Register on Arrival

Sign in at the registration desk (or, for virtual attendees, log in with the unique link emailed to your registered address). You will receive a numbered voting card or virtual ballot token.

  2. Listen to the Motion or Position

The Chair will read each motion or candidate name aloud and call for a vote. Take a moment to consider before casting.

  3. Cast Your Vote

In person: raise your voting card when prompted (For / Against / Abstain). Online: click your choice in the live voting panel. Each member has one vote.

  4. Confirmation

The Chair will announce the result and confirm whether the motion is carried. Virtual members will see a confirmation in their voting panel.

  5. If You Need Help

Tellers are available throughout the room. Virtual attendees can use the in-meeting chat or call the support line below at any time.

Technical Support

If anything goes wrong during the meeting (connection drops, can’t see the ballot, lost your link), we are here to help.

Call the Support Line

Reach the AGM support desk on the day of the meeting between 8:00 AM and the close of business.
