Key Features:

  • Maximum Loan Amount: $60,000.00
  • Maximum Loan to Share Ratio: 2:1 – Your loan balance cannot exceed twice the value of your shares.
  • Interest Rate: 1% Monthly on Reducing Balance
  • Secure Loan: The loan is secured by your shares and character!

How It Works:

If you borrow $60,000.00 and have $5,000 in Shares available, here’s how the loan is disbursed:

  • $25,000.00 to Shares
  • $35,000 for your use

If you borrow $60,000.00 and have $2,000 in Shares available:

  • $28,000 to Shares
  • $32,000 for your use

Loan Security:

The loan is secured by your shares and your character, which is built with the Society based on your history of good payments or savings activity. Also, if you set up a Salary Deduction, that’s a bonus!

Requirements:

  • Two (2) forms of valid ID
  • Utility Bill (not older than 3 months)
  • Proof of Loan Purpose (e.g., invoices, quotations)
  • Pay slip (not older than 1 month) and Job Letter (not older than 3 months)
  • For Self-employed Members: Evidence of Income/Expenditure, Bank Statements (12-18 months)
